Look out, if you would ever think of getting close to the wren house in our front yard. Even though they are diminutive birds, they will scold you and chatter endlessly if you get into their space. The wrens seem to change their call when a perceived danger approaches the babies in the house in order to alert them to be quiet. Even a squirrel is no match for the dive-bombing wrens!
